- Examine specific coaching techniques through reading, modelling and reflection
- Have additional coaching practice on specific techniques with other program participants
- Begin to experience application of the GCI coaching system by undertaking at least three coaching sessions with a colleague at work
- Be provided with personalised coaching support by an assigned GCI facilitator
- Reflect on your coaching - on what is working and what would make it even better
